Kristy Pack is the founder and CEO of Pack Tax, a company she started seven years ago out of necessity after the birth of her third baby, when the traditional tax firm she worked for could no longer offer the flexibility her growing family needed. What began as a mission to make tax prep accessible and affordable for everyday people has grown into a Utah powerhouse serving over 10,000 individuals and 1,000 small businesses each year across seven locations, supported by a team of 40+ professionals. A former Division I athlete turned corporate tax strategist, Kristy went on to save high-earning professionals—like doctors—$100K+ in taxes, co-founded Pack Tax PROs with Nadia, and now teaches smarter tax strategy to audiences nationwide both on stage and on TikTok—all while staying true to her original mission: making tax help simple, strategic, and surprisingly fun.
